- Requirements: You mustn’t have any kind of medical condition that could hinder your progress during the activity. Knowledge according to the content of the winter mountaineering course. (Assessment of sports curriculum).
- Location: “Sierra Nevada” National Park.
- Materials: helmet, ice ax, crampons, harness, high mountain boots, leggings, warm waterproof clothing, we recomend bringing an ARVA (victim detection in avalanche scenarios) device, shovel and probe.

- Dates: first weekend of the month, from January to April.
