Learn all the advanced progression techniques an alpine environment. Carry out autonomous and safe ascents on snowy terrains with inclination never exceeding 70º.

To face in alpine terrain rock/mixed climbing sections up to 4a(IV) + climbing dynamics..

  • Techniques and advanced maneuvers of progression and descent in alpine terrain.
  • Specific mountaineering II techniques (roping, belay stations, anchors, rope dynamics, assembly…).
  • How to use ARVA (victim detection in avalanche scenarios).
  • Ratio: 1 teacher, 4 students.
  • Duration: 2 days.
  • Requirements: You mustn’t have any kind of medical condition that could hinder your progress during the activity. Acceptable physical level. Knowledge according to the content of the winter mountaineering course. (Assessment of sports curriculum).
  • Location: Sierra Nevada.
  • Materials: helmet, ice ax, crampons, harness, high mountain boots, leggings, warm waterproof clothing, we recomend bringing an ARVA (victim detection in avalanche scenarios) device, shovel and probe.
